50 ml Starship Ginger Lime Vodka

50 ml Conker Cold Brew Liquor

1 shot of espresso

25 ml milk

Garnish: 3 espresso beans
Directions: Add all liquid ingredients to the shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake well for 30 - 60 seconds. Strain and shake into a martini glass, garnish with 3 espresso beans.

50 ml of Alain Milliat Cloudy Cox's Apple Juice

100ml hot water

Garnish: cinnamon stick
Directions: Together in a small pan heat apple juice and hot water. Meanwhile add vodka to a mug. Once the apple cider and water is heated pour into your mug and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Note: For a sweeter drink you can admit the water and substitute all apple juice.
